One account, two ways to use it

Everyone starts as a guest. You can switch to hosting at any time from your account. Professional hosts — organisations managing many homes — have their own organisation tools.

The journey

Search by place or describe what you want. Add dates, guests and pets for date-aware prices.

Enquire or reserve

Ask the host a question, or request your dates. You won't be charged at this step.

Host confirms

Where required, the host confirms your request.

Pay

Complete payment within the payment window, with security checks where required.

Arrive

Arrival details, including the exact address, are released only after payment is confirmed.

Live payments are not yet switched on. Booking currently runs in test mode while payment setup is finalised.
