Becoming a host

Choose Host when registering, or switch to hosting from your guest account.

What you'll need

• A rental licence, or a valid exemption with a reason.
• Proof you own the home or are authorised to let it.
• Identity verification and payout setup through our payment provider (coming soon).

Professional hosts

Organisations can add team members. Team members manage listings, calendars, policies and messages, but cannot change organisation identity, payouts, ownership or deletion. Team changes need double confirmation.
