Public pages show only a general location and an approximate map area. The exact address is shared only after a booking's payment is confirmed.

Personal data

• Guest accounts and individual host profiles are never searchable or indexed.
• Hosts don't receive guest contact details in enquiry emails; conversations stay in Domus Manere.
• Wishlist notes are private to you.

Safety disclosures

Hosts disclose access arrangements, cameras, dangerous objects and accessibility information on every listing.

Assistance animals

Service animals need no certificates. Hosts may ask only the two permitted questions.

Reporting a home

Every listing has a report route. Reports are reviewed by our team.
