Amenities

Amenities come from a fixed list in eight groups. Mark shared items, such as a pool, as private or shared. Views and proximity are described elsewhere, not as amenities.

Extras

Add up to 10 extras, each marked required or optional, charged per stay, per night, per guest or per guest per night (maximum €5,000).

• Required extras are included in the guest fee.
• Optional extras are not.

What you cannot charge for

Basic amenities can never be charged — for example ordinary heating, Wi-Fi, or bed linen.

Pool heating, heated pools and hot tub or spa heating can be charged as extras.
