New homes are created through a guided journey. Your progress saves automatically, and there is always a Save button.

Tell guests about your home.

Choose from the amenity list.

Photos

At least 5, tagged by room.

Price and extras

From €90 per night.

Stay rules and licence

Minimum and maximum nights (up to 90), and your licence or exemption.

Review and publish

Your home publishes as soon as these are complete — no manual review:

At least 5 photos; homes other than apartments and penthouses need both exterior and interior photos.
At least 3 amenities.
A rental licence, or exemption with a reason.
A nightly price of at least €90.

If something is missing, you'll see exactly what.

Add an optional one-line note (up to 100 characters) shown under your name. It's labelled as your opinion, not verified by Domus Manere.

Describe a typical day and your favourite local places. Contact details and addresses are not allowed.

If someone else edits the same home at the same time, autosave pauses so nothing is overwritten.

Paste a Dropbox or Google Drive folder link into Oraculum to import photos. Videos are not stored — link YouTube or Vimeo instead.

Importing whole listings from other sites isn't supported. Calendars can be synced instead — see Calendar and iCal sync.
